Deze uitvoering is voorzien van de carrosseriekleur ‘Fluid Black’ met lichtblauwe accenten en ‘For the Oceans’-logo onder de A-stijl. Andere kenmerken zijn interieurlijsten van Eucalyptushout met lasergravure ‘For the Oceans’ en vloermatten met geborduurd ‘For the Oceans’-logo.
Tot de standaarduitrusting behoren het Sportpakket, Comfort Pack Advanced, het Connectivity Pack inclusief Navigatie Professional en 20-inch lichtmetalen wielen. Certificaat en 4 mille subsidie
Bij de BMW i3 For the Oceans Edition ontvangt de klant een certificaat waarin BMW Nederland verklaart dat de BMW i3 een gelimiteerde uitvoering is en de klant met de aanschaf een bijdrage levert aan plasticvrije oceanen. De achterzijde van het certificaat is eveneens vervaardigd van gerecycled plastic.
Met een fiscale waarde van 44.995 euro valt de BMW i3 For the Oceans Edition volledig in de 8% bijtellingscategorie voor zakelijke rijders.
