‘Waterstof heeft de toekomst’
Verbrandingsmotoren en (semi-)elektrische auto’s gaan het niet redden. Waterstof heeft de toekomst. Althans, dat vinden de lezers van de Telegraaf en Autovisie.
Op de website van de Telegraaf werd aan bezoekers gevraagd in welke aandrijving zij geloven. Dit is de uitslag na 1.399 keer stemmen:
- Benzine – 3 procent
- Diesel – 3 procent
- Hybride – 1 procent
- Plug-in hybride – 2 procent
- Elektrisch – 5 procent
- Waterstof – 86 procent
Daarbij konden de bezoekers ook antwoord geven op de stelling: ‘Overheid moet investeren in snellere uitrol waterstoftankstations’. Wat blijkt? 82 procent van de stemmen (2.170 totaal) is het hiermee eens.
“De Nederlandse overheid moet niet de nadruk leggen op het aanleggen van extra laadpalen voor elektrische auto’s. De focus moet juist liggen op extra waterstoftankplaatsen”, aldus de Telegraaf.
